John is a lifelong resident of Missouri, he grew up on the outskirts of Kansas City, near Raytown, Mo.

His earliest jobs included working for McDonalds and a family owned restaurant. While still in

high school he started working for the Kansas City, Missouri police department and worked

there for 12 years. As a police officer John’s oath to protect the Constitution and its principles

became very important to him. Over the past 30 years John started and ran several businesses in;

construction, sales, cellular and computers.

Forty years ago John married Mary Ramona and moved to rural Cass County. They have a daughter

and a son. They are now blessed with 4 grandchildren. John has been a part of and very active in the

Willow Creek Evangelical Friends Church. He has been a youth teacher and sponsor.

John became a pilot, loves fishing, canoeing, swimming, beaches (water), volley ball, the great outdoors,

God, guns, Country, and spending time with his family.
